Equal treatment of shareholders
Nickel Mountain’s main objective is to maximise the value of the investments made by our shareholders. Nickel Mountain has only one class of shares and each share in the company carries one vote at general meetings.
Notices of general meetings will be sent to the shareholders no later than two weeks prior to the meeting. Any supporting material will be comprehensive and sufficiently detailed for the shareholders to take a position on the cases to be considered. Shareholders who are not able to attend in person will be able to vote by proxy.
It is our objective to generate returns to our shareholders primarily in the form of a positive share price development through a successful implementation of our strategy. In considering dividend payments, the Board shall maintain an equity ratio underpinning the company’s goals, strategy and risk profile.
